What We're Doing
As BBFI missionaries, our heartbeat is to see lives transformed by the Gospel in Nepal. Our vision is simple yet urgent—to proclaim Christ, plant Bible-preaching churches, and prepare national leaders to carry the Gospel across their own nation. We are returning to the city of Pokhara, the very place where the Gospel first reached Kshitiz’s family, with the desire to see that same life-changing message spread to countless others.
01

Pokhara, Nepal
According to Nepal’s 2021 census, only 1.76% of the population identifies as Christian—a sobering reminder of how vast the spiritual harvest truly is. Our mission is clear and urgent: to bring the Gospel to the people of Pokhara, disciple national believers, and establish a thriving local church that will carry the message of Jesus Christ to future generations. With hearts surrendered to God’s calling, we believe what begins in Pokhara will echo throughout Nepal for years to come.
02
Evangelism
Many people groups in Nepal remain completely unreached—living and dying without ever hearing the name of Jesus. Our mission is to change that. By planting a Gospel-centered ministry in Pokhara, one of Nepal’s largest and fastest-growing cities, we have a unique opportunity to reach multiple people groups at once—including those who migrate from remote villages seeking a better life. Our heart is to evangelize these diverse communities, disciple new believers, and ensure that the good news of Christ reaches those who have never heard it before.

03

Discipleship
Evangelism is just the beginning. Our mission is to disciple those transformed by God’s grace, helping them grow into mature followers of Jesus Christ. We are deeply committed to equipping national believers as future leaders—men and women who will boldly carry the message of Christ to their own communities and beyond. Through this intentional discipleship and leadership training, we long to see a legacy of faith that multiplies and endures for generations to come.
04
Church Planting
Our vision goes beyond reaching individuals—it extends to planting vibrant, Gospel-centered churches that will stand as beacons of light across Nepal. We will begin in Pokhara and, by God’s grace, expand into other regions where the name of Christ is still unknown. Through these churches, we desire to see the Gospel proclaimed for generations to come, creating a ripple effect of faith that reaches the unreached and endures long into the future.
